This is a quiet cottage on a larger property. A car is necessary. It is only available on a monthly rental basis and is not group housing. Winter months can be quiet snowy and vehicle equipped for the snow is necessary. Skiing Aspen is between 15 - 30 minutes away depending on your choice of ski area. The town of Basalt is less than 10 minutes away, Aspen 20 minutes, Snowmass Village 15 minute, Airport 15, Whole Foods & City Market 15 minutes, and local bus stop is 5 minutes away by car. There is covered parking, W/D, wifi, fully furnished. Cleaning is required every other week or as agreed upon with owner. This is a quiet, beautiful cottage that feels miles away, yet is close to everything.
