Why they chose this property
The quaint little town of Newcastle is actually known as the mandarin capitol of the world so the entire town used to be only citrus groves and we actually have one of the original old orange trees left in our front yard but even if it is not citrus season it is a beautiful area of the foothills with wonderful local wineries, breweries, cute little shops, restaurants and countless hiking trails and outdoor activities nearby.
