Spacious living area with poker table, dart board and games. Living room and all three bedrooms have a smart TVs. Heating, AC, Speed Queen washer and dryer, iron and ironing board available, guests can relax and unwind in comfort. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers and one tub for added convenience. The private back patio with seating and umbrellas overlooks Yavapai College Men's baseball field. Home includes long driveway for off-street parking. Home is pet friendly. Gates can be hung on the driveway upon request to have full enclosure of the yard. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
