Great location! Weekly vacation rentals welcome. Short drive to Tiger Tail Beach, South Beach Access or a nice walk to the public access walkway by the Marriott Hotel

Short walk or drive to breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

Fantastic floor plan with spacious rooms, large master suite and bathroom that is furthest away from the 2 guest bedrooms.

Wireless high speed internet included. New boat dock (lift not available). Pool has a new efficient electric pool heater. New pool cage 2018

*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. Trash day is on Monday and Thursday, please put your can out the night before and bring in after its collected. Recycling is on Thursday. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***

Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.

Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.

Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that!. the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are super happy with the choice we made. This house has EVERYTHING you need. The location was great, 5 minutes drive everywhere. And the property manager was always quick to answer any questions.

Nice house in a good location.

House was nicely laid out and was in a good location. House was showing its age with needing some updating of various items in the house. Kitchen was well stock with cooking utensils, but house is in need of a gas grill, not a charcoal grill. Clothes in the master bedroom closet should be locked up or removed. Upon arrival the hot water was not working, but they were very responsive to show up and correct the issue.

Needs updates.

The house itself, pool and lanai were very nice. The real estate manager was very helpful and responsive. The house needs updates to get a higher grade though. There was only one shabby lounge chair and 4 plastic tubular chairs on the lanai. Sheets, kitchen silverware and towels need to be replaced. The house was on a busy street in front and a canal in the back. The walk to the beach which was beautiful was 3/4 miles each way. In summary, the house has potential but needs updates.

The house was spotless and well equipped. The problem I did encounter was carpeting in all of the bedrooms. My entire family has terrible allergies and had difficulty sleeping at night due to the carpet. My fault because I should have asked before booking. In spite of that and the unusually cold weather, we did have a nice time.

Christmas Get Away

The check-in/check-out process was seamless. The communication was very clear which made the start and end to our vacation worry free. The home was large and comfortable for our family of four. Great location with a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and shops.

Awesome location

Location is key for families walking to public beach access. Short walk to JW, Esplanade and local restaurants. Heated pool was bonus. 3 stars because pictures don’t show house needs a deep clean, updated bedding & towels, mattresses, pool chairs/cushions, and a working shower head in 2nd bath.

No beach access

House was ok, but not clean enough( a lot of black hairs on the floor and towels) . Small bathroom needs renovation, incomplete plates and cutlery, no enough paper towels. House is big and nice. Pool is clean and nice too. Close to supermarket and very good restaurants but not access to public beach. You need to take a car and pay for parkings...
