Amazing holiday weekend with family

We had an amazing time. House was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool area and grill the entire weekend would definitely go back and spend time with my family again.

Clean, great location & pool, super host.

The property was in a great location to access all of Marco as well as Naples. The home was clean, orderly and with a great pool and view. Finally the host, Ray, was proactive and very responsive - he was simply great to work with!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will do so again next year! The host was both proactive and responsive. The location was great to navigate across all of Marco and Naples. The house was clean, organized and included all that we needed for a great stay with the photos accurately representing the home and rooms. Finally, the pool overlooking the waterway was convenient, clean and great! Thanks again.

Nice spot on end of canal

Nice, private spot on end of a canal. The home and pool needs to be updated, but the dock area is nice and dolphins come to visit! Get a copy of The Marco Review before you go. The host isn’t very helpful

The house was the perfect size for 2 friends to share with family! The pool was nice even in the rain! Plenty of room for all our family and friends on Easter Sunday. Sitting out on the dock with our coffee was beautiful. Neighbors were very friendly. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home. We had a great time and would return! So did Nova our dog. The pool was leaking

Had to keep filling pool with water.had a leak. Also patio doors to pool locked inside by slamming, but? Not on the outside. Great neighborhood, but, didnt like the fact that 2 out of 4 doors would not lock. The one set of sliding doors was my bedroom. Not happy!!!]Not cleaned very well. But , the location was great, beautiful neighborhood. Close to a lot of things. Just needed an uplift. 8

Perfect size and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The 3 bedrooms were great sizes. Kitchen was wonderful. And the sliding glass doors, OH MY, I loved opening them up!!!! We went in Dec, so keeping them open during the time we were awake and sleeping with only windows open at night was perfectly comfortable!! We didn't use the formal living room, used the Den instead, maybe turn that living room into a bunk room? The heated pool was the draw to this house and core memories were made there! Fishing is best under the docks and not in the middle of the canal (hint, hint). The few things I'd suggest change: Getting a few oven baking sheets, new washer, maybe better explanation on how to use house cooling unit, and 2nd bdrm w/queen needs a quieter frame lol. (Even when you turnover it's loud!) With all that being said, we DEFINITELY want to return to this specific house again! My family had the best time and the sunrises over the canal were worth sleeping in the 2ndbedrm queen! We loved the house!!

Not enjoyable, very tense

I am not the type of people to write review specially if is bad but I rent the house for a weekend to celebrate my birthday with my family and the house was nice to have a good family get away but the pool was not clean, when we got to the house we had to start to clean it, the garbage bin which they ask you to take it out at the end of the stay was full and they spend the whole weekend sending me messages that the neighbors were bothered about the bags being out of the bin and they were so concern about how many cars we had in front of the house we paid for. We invited family members to visit us for the day and every day i would get a text about the cars. That made my stay very tense since i was always on my phone dealing with owner and the neighbors

The laws on parking and trash removal are set by local authorities and also clearly relayed to guests before their stay. Despite violating multiple policies and having so many additional guests and vehicles that you impacted the neighbors, the homeowner still went above and beyond to accommodate you and make sure that you could still complete your stay at their vacation home. Not worth the money

This home was clearly bought as an investment. It is run down and in need of a complete makeover. It felt like everything inside was purchased at a second hand store. The lanai tiles are broken and there are rodent holes all over the outside of the house, however we never saw any. The towels were old and tattered. We complained about the towels so they sent 2 new towels. The bicycles tires were all flat. The beach chairs are all rusted. The clothes dryer door was broken and we had to prop it closed. It was fixed a couple of days before we left. The bathroom mats were filthy. They actually painted the master bathroom counter top , with the same paint that is on every wall as well as the garage floor. Not one screen door closed properly because they are old and in need of replacement.

Laura, we're sorry that you had a couple of issues during your stay. We appreciate and welcome constructive feedback, although we and the homeowner do not believe this rating is warranted. Based on our understanding, the homeowner went out of their way to accommodate your group including reimbursing you for fixing the one bike tire that was flat and providing new towels in addition to the 14 sets of towels already in the home. The owners would also like to note that the chairs outside are aluminum which doesn't rust, there are new appliances and faucets throughout the house, and there are no and have never been any rodents at this property. Lastly, the owners apologize about the dryer - they only found out about this issue right before you arrived and they addressed the broken part as fast as possible. They also were able to easily fix the lanai tiles after your departure. The owners will consider your comments about the screen doors and look into any other possible updates to improve the home for future guests! Best, the Evolve Team

We had a nice stay. Clean and beautiful home. The only issue We couldn’t enjoy the pool, water was very cold. It is not a heated pool as we expected. Maybe in summer sun heat the pool but not in November. That is the reason a rate 4

Great property

Our first impression on arrival was the cleanliness of the house. The house is beautifully. Everything was great. The delicious pool at a cold but pleasant temperature. Excellent the comfort of the shower next to the pool. The neighborhood is super nice and friendly. At night a light show is enjoyed on the pier. Mr. Ray was responsive and resolved a minor issue immediately that we brought to his attention. Recommending this property 100%. I think we will go next summer again!!!

The place was nice but there were too many fees. The actual cost was nearly twice the cost of the listing per night .
