Experience St. Petersburg in this lovely waterfront home! This modern space features large kitchen, dining room and living room and 1 br w/queen bed and 2nd br with two twin futons that can be pushed together for queen bed. Each bedroom has it's own private full bath. There is a private laundry room too. Guests can enjoy amenities like a dock, firepit, propane grill, front and back patios, new appliances including 2 refrigerators, full size stove and microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 smart tv's, etc. A beautiful and serene retreat, this house is a great place to call homebase while you're away. Location is prime and neighborhood is great! We are 2 miles from downtown St. Petersburg and University of S. Florida & Eckerd College. Also, tons of restaurants, shopping, music, culture and beaches are all just minutes away! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets too!
