What stood out was that we forgot the little things like shampoo, q-tips, or a bandage for cuts, and we were provided with some. Also the host was very hospitable to us.

Very clean unit. Having coffee and snacks available was so nice. Only wish there were instructions on how to operate the coffee pot. Our host was wonderful. She was always quick in answering our questions and if we had to leave a message she responded immediately.
