The Summit House was a great place, was very clean, and had plenty of room for 2 couples. We just wish there was a picture of the staircase, showing 10 steps to enter the place. Even though the listing shows "Wheelchair inaccessible", a picture of the stairs would have been helpful.

This was our second stay here and both times we found it clean, cozy and exactly what we were looking for. The beds are very comfy and there are little amenities like coffee and body wash. It’s close to shopping and downtown is minutes away.

Summit House was absolutely phenomenal! Very nice layout! The house was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The home is perfectly located in between the busy part of Prescott and Prescott Valley. Close to Walmart and other shopping opportunities. The host was super quick to respond to messages!

We spent the first hour cleaning, sweeping, spot mopping and killing TICS - - Lyme disease carrying TICS. The kitchen bowls had pubic hair on them. So gross. I didn't clean those. The sliding door to the patio doesn't have a lock. Thick cobwebs on most windows. We continued to kill tics daily. We didn't spend much time in the home by choice.
