Attention, the property is not suited for people with mobility challenge (70y+ or with handicap, not normal health conditions) as there are several stairs to reach the property (the house is on the cliff of a hill 100m above sea level but street level is 20m higher).

Located on the beautiful coast of the Granada province in Andalusia (45 min. from Malaga international airport), this modern villa is ideal for those looking to enjoy natural surroundings while remaining close to services, sights and attractions near to Almunecar.

The town of Almunecar is a typical Andalusian village, just a five-minute drive from the property. Guests can explore over 20 kilometers of very nice & not-crowded beaches nearby, or drive to the historic cities of Granada or Malaga, both of which can be reached by car in under an hour. Other cities of Andalusia such as Sevilla, Cordoba, Cardix, Jaen, etc. can be reached within 2-3 hours drive.

Set into a cliff right next to the mediterranean sea, the villa itself is a modern home amidst natural surroundings & beautiful gardens. Although resembling a typical Andalusian house from the outside, the interior of the property is modern in design, with high quality furnishings and fittings throughout.

Split over two different levels, guests enter the house from the top and then work their way down to the garden which looks directly over the sea. What really sets this house apart are the fantastic views that can be seen from the main terrasse and main floor.

The large, open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of space for guests to relax, entertain and dine, and the room opens out directly onto a wide private terrace that of course features those fantastic views. The kitchen is separate from the rest of the living space and comes fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay.

An outdoor swimming pool, sun-lounging space and outdoor dining facilities mean guests can enjoy the warm Andalusian weather at any time of day. With its sea-front location, stylish interior and unbeatable views, this is a great place to get away from it all in beautiful Southern Spain.

Most of the furnitures are new (late 2017, early 2018). Each of the bedrooms are comfortable with high-quality bedspring & mattress, and have air conditioning (from May 2018). The villa is equipped with high-speed WiFi, 55 inches flat TV, blu-ray and Dvd player as well as home cinema/music system. There is a very large and luminous bathroom including a shower, a bath and two sinks. There is a second bathroom with a shower and one sink. There is a also a guest toilet.

The villa can accommodate 8 guests in full comfort. It is ideal for a large family or even 2 families of 2 adults and 2 kids as the villa is made of two areas that can provide required intimacy.

The entrance to the property has a very steep drive to the garage, we recommend parking at the top on the road. There are numerous steps down to the house so a degree of fitness is needed.
