Enjoy everything the Bay Area has to offer from your private, modern retreat on the charming island of Alameda. The space has been completely updated and is conveniently located near San Francisco, Oakland, restaurants and shopping.

The space

The one-bedroom apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom and a fold-out futon in the living room, with an additional twin air mattress. The kitchen is light and bright with an eat-in dining area. There's also a desk and wifi for convenience.

Outside the bedroom is your own private balcony with space for a few chairs and a Weber charcoal grill.

A washer and dryer are also located inside the unit.

Interaction with guests

We live nearby and are available by phone and text for anything that's needed. Keys to the front door will be available by lockbox, we will send the code a few days in advance.

Other things to note

There are a few stairs up from the street and a flight to this second-story apartment. Street parking is available.
