G210A - This one-bedroom/one bath studio is conveniently located on the 2nd Floor near the front entrance of the popular Maui Banyan, close to the pool, hot tub, barbecues, elevator, front office, and within a short walking distance from Kamaole Beach II and its beautiful sunsets! Many restaurants within walking distance as well. This small unit includes a compact fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a wall-unit AC. We also provide beach chairs and towels. Maui awaits your arrival!

Unit G210A - You will be occupying one of many split-unit condos within Maui Banyan; a studio adjoining a larger apartment. This lovely studio is similar in size to a smaller hotel room, and features a comfortable queen bed, HD TV, A/C and a small kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, some utensils and dishes). Guests will have access to a small private balcony, full bathroom, and small table. Bath towels and bed linens are included, as well as beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the condo, lanai or common spaces. Ask the front desk for the designated smoking area. This property is operated as an LLC - Whispering Palms, LLC - Gary being the sole owner. Taxes collected through vrbo and submitted to the state of HI are: TAT-10.25%, GET - 4.712%, Maui TAT 3.00% GE/TA
PLEASE NOTE: This condo and the Maui Banyan complex does not feature laundry facilities, nor is daily housekeeping provided unless requested for an additional fee. However, there is a laundromat located a short drive away. Free parking is available, but you are only allowed parking in non-reserved spaces. ALSO: You will have a full-time resident living next door, each of you with your own space and entrance; adjoining condo rooms that are separated by a locked door. While you are a guest here, we require your courtesy to be respectful of the adjoining resident and observe quiet hours.This is a vacation rental studio unit. We will provide you with all of the entry and exit instructions in your confirmation and allow you privacy during your stay. As stated above, this unit does not have a full kitchen, but guests will have access to outdoor grills and an eating area next to the pool; we provide some dishware and utensils if you decide to make a meal outdoors. If you need to reach us while you are a guest, there are contact numbers in the condo book on the kitchen counter.After booking, we will send you all of your check-in instructions. You will need to check in at the front desk upon arrival to complete your registration with the Maui Banyan.Maui Banyan is located immediately across the street from Kamaole Beach II, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.The guest reserving this property must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the property throughout the duration of the reservation. Refunds are not provided for bugs, other natural occurrences or disasters, weather-related issues or electrical/internet outages.This is a privately owned condo.
