Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set thermostat to 78 degrees upon departure and turn off TV's and lights.
If possible, leave ceiling fans on and confirm all extra doors are locked.
Please send a note that you have checked out of the property. May you have a safe and easy travel to your next destination.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Be sure any smoke smell does not get into the house - it is unfair for the next family coming in - an extraction fee will apply ($150)
4 access amenity cards to the resort must be returned. Cards will work at all gates on both sides of Destination Parkway (behind Publix Plaza) pools
