This perfectly located Grove City house is a 10 minute drive from everything Grove City has to offer, but is far enough away for the perfect amount of privacy. A short drive away you will find yourself at the outlet mall, the college, all the restaurants and bar & grills, local breweries, and much more! Enjoy your peaceful stay surrounded by woods and wildlife. Our neck of the woods boasts 3 inviting bedrooms; two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, and the third room is set up for light exercising. The master bedroom has it's own private half bath, electric fireplace for cozy nights, and a sunroom that gives direct access to the deck where you will find the propane grill and firepit area. The simple amenities like the fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, a beautiful fire pit area with wood and a propane grill, WIFI, heating, and AC make for a tremendous stay. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryer, towels, and toiletries, guests will feel right at home. Why they chose this property
Grove City is such a beautiful town with so much to offer! Our home is perfectly located to offer both convenience and privacy. The college is truly one of the best in the area! The Prime Grove City Outlets are always a "must see" when you stay in the area, with so many different shopping experiences in one location! In addition to the college and outlets, there are so many dining and night life experiences to be had, all conveniently located within minutes of this private home. If you are more of an outdoorsman, this home is definitely for you! There are so many places to fish, hunt, kayak, and hike that are easily accessible to the public. Grove City truly has something for everyone!
What makes this property unique
Our property is truly unique offering both convenience and privacy. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, but still within 10 minutes of everything, really makes this property a one of a kind. Enjoy relaxing afternoons around the fire, cooking out on the grill. Or a cozy movie night in, enjoying the large living space.
