I don’t have enough space for my comments. But it’s not “tranquil”. On the corner of two streets one of which has traffic almost all day and night. It was not as clean as it should be. I arrived to clothes in both the washer and dryer. Owner basically told to take care of it myself which I did. Dirty dishes com the dishwasher. Some do dirty they never got cleaned. Communication was ok. Told him I was out of trash bags told me to go to the dollar store. I could go on but I would not have time. I would not rent this property

DO NOT RENT THIS HOME. When we arrived and entered the house and looked around, it’s was not clean. We found a mattress in the driveway upon arrival. The stove had grease all over the top, blinds were broken and just all over unclean. We found no sheets on the bed nor towels in the house. We eventually found the sheets and towels in the washer and dryer. They were damp and smelly. We took picture and contacted VRBO and the owner. Well the owner stated he would call us in a few. We heard from him the next day. We didn’t stay there that night. The pictures were sent to both VRBO and the owner. The owner dropped towels off the next morning. Once he called, he stated the house was clean enough to live in. We informed him that it was not and wanted our money back which did not happen totally. We did find another vacay rental that we spent our time at. It was a great CLEAN home.

To bad we couldn't put a 0 this place was horrible very dirty unsanitary nothing worked fans falling apart tvs broken we had to pick up a bag of trash cups bottles cans tampons bloody tissues I had to go buy and change the nasty air filters the house smells like smoke 2 lights in the whole house worked beds are nasty house was 79 degrees very hot thermostat was locked couldn't change the temperature this place is horrible save your money don't stay here its on a very busy road it sounds like your on the road the thing that topped it off its in a very bad area of town hookers on the corner bums and drug addicts walk by all night I'm trying to get my money back from VRBO my family had come sleep on my floor at my house (Do not stay here)

I’m sorry you felt that the house was not to your standards. I can assure you the house was well taken care of, and it’s not very professional or reasonable to take pictures of damages you caused to try and slander my property so you can scam the system and get free refunds.

You definitely DO NOT want to be at this home. The host was highly informative. Place was not ready at time of my arrival. Issues so bad, we ended up having a confrontation. Police were called because he said he was too busy to give a refund at the time. Major plumbing was the cause. Bathrooms were OFF LIMITS!!! And showers, QUESTIONABLE!!! So the police agreed with us, but we had to leave the property. Found another that was a trillion times better, and cheaper. I put this under the "wasn't meant to be" list. The owner seemed to be young. Maybe his late 20s or early 30s. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Not apologetic at all. You stay here, you're taking a chance. Good luck with that. When you make you're payment, you'd expect for your rental to be AS DESCRIBED!!! Vrbo customer service got me my refund.......while the police was there. BE WARNED OF THIS OWNER!!!

We arrived on the 7th Jan ‘26 to stay one month.When we came we see one bed room fan under repair and another fan is making noise. Patio is not cleaned, can’t be use. Out of 4 TV remote, only one is working. Washer and dryer are loaded with clothes. The entry door lock is not working properly. One of the bathroom tub water turning knob is broken So we left the house and stayed outside for few days to give them enough time to fix the problems. The host fixed most of the problems. But on 25th Jan we found that the light in the kitchen, hallways and one bedroom are not turning on!!. We called the host multiple times to resolved the issue. But we couldn’t reach him, via provided phone number. Also his voicemail not accepting any messages. Then we called the Vibro agent, they also tried to contact the host but couldn’t reach him. They suggested to move to a hotel nearby and produce the bill for reimbursement. When we thought of the difficulties of moving we decided to continue here without light. After 3 days the host came with an apology and fix the problem. These are my bad experiences in staying last month. But there are some good things we found. The location is good, the rooms are good size and clean. Vibro agents are very helpful.
