Absolutely a gem of a property and community. The cottage not only was beautifully decorated but had everything needed to make you feel perfectly at home! Newly remodeled and just steps away from a beautiful beach and stunning sunsets.

We usually come to the panhandle/30A once a year and have done so for about 20 years. Our usual location is Seaside, which has been great for our kids, especially when they were little. But in more recent years, Seaside has gotten too crowded, especially during spring break, so we looked elsewhere and found Carillon Beach and specifically this cottage. My teenage kids commented that this was the best beach cottage we've stayed at so far. It was the perfect size for our family and very close to the beach. It was clean and well decorated, and had all the amenities. The community was also peaceful and family friendly. We definitely would try to come back again.

Perfect getaway cottage!

My husband & teen son stayed at this beautiful home for a week! We were within a short walking distance to the beach walkover. Enjoyed our screened in porch & ate our lunches on the bench table out front. We had plenty of room for the three of us! Definitely will stay there again!!!

Sea Glass Carillon Beach 5⭐️ plus

Sea Glass is a beautiful home in Carillon. I would definitely recommend this rental to a small family . It was very clean and cozy , The location of the property is super close to beach , We had a wonderful vacation , we will absolutely rent SeaGlass again!

Great little house.

House is very close to the beach, it might be a 2 minute walk if that. Up-dated, clean & well stocked. Perfect for a couple who does not need a big house. Owner is very prompt at addressing your needs. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very cute place. Compact but had everything we needed. Short walk to beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Beach was beautiful. Not much in the way of food at Carillon but very close to some nice choices in Rosemary. And very close to a Publix. Overall loved our stay!

Lux Sea Glass

We stayed at Lux Sea Glass for our anniversary week. We loved the short walk to the beach. Had great weather. Tastefully decorated with seaglass colors. We enjoyed eating lunch on the screened in back porch. Lovely home.

Beach Chilling

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Glass. Location was great and so close to Beach access. Sea Glass was near the Bellview pool for my grandson who is 1 1/2 years old and we loved all the amenities Carillon had to offer. Thank you for the wonderful bottle of wine upon our arrival. Definitely would stay again and Gisela was great to work with.

Excellent beach vacation

Sea glass has everything you need for a great little family beach vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and the upgraded Turkish beach towels were a pleasant surprise! The beach was never overly crowded and the included beach chairs were very helpful. Gisela had excellent communication. She even quickly got word to us when there was a community announcement that needed to be passed along to us during the stay. Would absolutely stay at sea glass again.

Had a wonderful stay

Location to beach access you can’t beat! The beds are great if you love firm beds ( I do!) AC works great. A few things to note, we planned on grilling but the grill is pretty rusted and unusable. Kitchen could use a fresh sponge for new guests. BUT these little things did not impact our stay. We had a great time, and loved staying here!

Lovely Carillon Cottage!

Sea Glass is an adorable nicely-done cottage in the wonderful Carillon neighborhood. It was a nice size for a parent and two teens and is a great location within the community. Everything was clean and in good shape. We found everything we needed for a great week and Gisela was wonderful to communicate with and easily available. Would recommend this home for sure and many thanks to the owners for sharing it.

Location!

What a beautiful time! My family loved our stay at sea glass, everything was lovely and we appreciated the communication with the owner. The home is a short distance to the beach- 4 homes away from the walkway to the beach! The beach was perfect, clear water, soft sand and calm enough for our 7 and 4 year old to enjoy being in the water. The chairs and umbrella made it ideal- less to carry! Overall I loved the home, community and beach 🏝️
