Guests will have full access to the house.

Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1 (main floor): King bed plus sleeper chair with a twin size bed. The closet in bedroom one includes a pack n play that is available for use as needed

Bedroom 2 (second floor): King bed plus ottoman/chair that converts to a small bed.

Bedroom 3 (second floor): Queen bed, two twin beds

Game room: Couch that folds out to full size bed


REACHING THE HOSTS:
Communication with hosts before the stay begins is through the Vrbo app. During the stay, hosts will provide their cell phone numbers in addition to in-app communications.

GUESTS WITH DOGS:
Dogs are permitted on the property with approval during booking, and are subject to an additional charge of $25 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs. Dogs are not allowed upstairs to minimize potential damage and additional cleaning costs. A gate is placed at the base of the stairs to act as a barrier for keeping dogs downstairs.
A dog bed and dog bowls are provided, and a large dog crate can be made available with advance notice.
All pet waste must be cleaned up and properly disposed of in the garbage bin prior to checkout.
