The open kitchen and living room allow for conversation while preparing meals and for views to the bay from both areas. Enjoy the 96 sq ft balcony for meals or have a relaxing drink while reminiscing about your day at the beach.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with an en suite bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with the second bathroom just steps away. This condo is perfect for a family of 4 or two couples.

Exactly as described. Nice parking. I love Pensacola! If you are looking for a good calm swimming place with no waves look on the bay side shortly after you cross over the bridge on the left, I found this very nice.

Beautiful Property

The grounds around this property are wonderful. Beautiful scenery and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed watching the different families of ducks with their ducklings. Our unit needs a little TLC, but it was clean and everything was usable.
Just a relaxing and beautiful sunset.

Memorial Day Weekend

Enjoyed our long weekend away. This property is on the end where it is peaceful and quiet. We drove to the beach access near the bathrooms. Great location. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was nice. Plenty of rooms in bedrooms and baths. Plenty of room for six, we only had four. Very easy check in and out. Excellent communication with property manager. Will stay here again.

Great spot for small family

We loved our stay here. The outside of the building doesn’t look like much, but the inside was cute and clean and had everything we needed for our little family. It was our first vacation as a family of 3. It was very close to the beach - the bay and the gulf. A good deal, we would definitely stay again!

A great place to stay!

Bay watch is a great location! Easy access to all locations. The condo had everything we needed. Reasonably priced. We were concerned about crossing the bridges but they were no problem at all.

The property was great. Loved the view of the bay from the balcony! Kids had a blast kayaking behind the condos. Close to the beach. Bed in master bedroom was very comfy! Perfect location we loved it!

Great Location!

Loved the fact that this unit was a little ways down the beach. It made for a quiet trip, with a nice easy walk to enjoy the beach. I even got to watch the Blue Angels do a special fly over during my stay. I enjoyed the unit and the property, got to know several of the full time neighbors and owners during my stay. Would for sure stay here again!.

Beautiful Bay Stay

The condo was in a great location with the bay at the back and ocean across the street. Very clean, everything you need to cook, TVs in all three rooms. King bed had a soft mattress and the other mattress was more firm. Beautiful view from the patio: pond, pool, and bay. Ft. Pickens was close and the Blue Angels practice was phenomenal. There are 17 steps for you to climb, in case you have a handicap. Covered parking was convenient.

Enjoyed our stay here. However, I do feel they could supply you with a-roll of paper towels, a few coffee filters and if they want you to try to start to wash the sheets they could provide laundry detergent. Not complaints just suggestions to management company Would definitely stay here ahain

Very nice!

My wife and l took our 12 year old daughter to Pensacola Beach to celebrate our adoption. The condo was wonderful! Nice view bayside with its own dock. Oceanside beaches right across the street and short drive from Ft Pickens. Check in was a simple phone call and the staff was very helpful. Recommended!

Terrible beds

The mattresses in this condo were horrible. I had to sleep on the sofa for the entire stay. Not worth the money we spent to stay at this property. Never again will we stay here. Not the most relaxing time for a much needed vacation. Would never recommend this property to anyone unless major improvements are made

Property was very nice, nicer than photos. Property manager responded quickly. Beach, prier, and trolley stop steps from the door. You do have to walk up a few steps. Mattress in 2nd bedroom little worn. Definitely would stay again!

Good Times on the Bay

We were greated by a very friendly property staff member soon as we arrived. She made sure we had everything we needed to get our vacation started. The condo was everything we expected and more. The view of the bay was awesome! We even got to enjoy Pensacola Saturday evening fireworks from the balcony. The condo was very clean and cozy. Location is perfect! Gulf side is a very short walk to the beach. All the restaurants and other activities are a few minutes drive, or short walk down the road. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back again next year for a stay.
