Pensacola Beach is calling. You need to answer. This 2nd floor walk-up beachy décor condo sits right on the Pensacola Bay and has white-washed wood floors, brightly painted walls. The view of Pensacola Bay is your expectation of a beach getaway.

Enjoy the 96 sq ft balcony overlooking Pensacola Bay. From this condo you also have a view of the bridge welcoming tourists and residents into Pensacola Beach. Watching sailboats skim across the water, fishing off the pier and kids enjoying the beach.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed as does the second bedroom. A fold-out sofa in the living room makes into a queen-size bed also. The unit has two full bathrooms.

We have stayed here several times and have loved it every time. The condo is nice, comfortable, and has beautiful views. Walking out on the pier and fishing was so peaceful and relaxing. The pool was great. Steve has always been kind and easy to communicate with. The only issue we had this time was with security and parking passes.

This was the perfect location for our family of 2 adults & 3 children. Right on the beach of the bay which was perfect for us to hang out at since there were red flags on the ocean side beach. Condo was clean & the balcony was my favorite place to relax.

We love this location and have stayed at other condos in Baywatch. This condo just wasn’t clean. It could use some updating. If we hadn’t stayed in such a nice one earlier it may not have made these things standout as much.

This is a great place to stay. Our condo was right on the bay. We loved the views, the pier, the grills, the pool... This was our third time staying here and we definitely plan on coming back.

Beautiful view right on the bay! Very peaceful to sit out on the balcony! Room was very clean! Easy check-in and checkout and covered parking. Just a note to make sure to bring any extras with you such as salt & pepper, spices, coffee filters, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towel, etc if you’re going to be cooking and using the kitchen. There were no extras such as extra garbage bags or toilet paper in the unit. Also, the showers have no water pressure at all. The furniture inside and on balcony definitely needs updated. We also couldn’t use the dresser in the back bedroom because the drawers are broken, which is very noticeable that they are broken. Also, the bathroom off the back bedroom has a spot above the shower that needs repaired and has mold growing on it. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Baywatch! We love it here, plan on staying again, but we paid a lot for this unit and didn’t expect to have a broken dresser, mold in the bathroom, very low water pressure in both showers and no basic necessities provided.
