We are from Puerto Rico originally, but have lived in Florida for over 35 years and have learned to love Florida as our home. We enjoy our family and the outdoors along with our animals. Love to be able to provide a cozy and relaxing environment to our guests.
Why they chose this property
We learned to love the city of Deland about 8 years ago and have been wanting to move here and finally in 2024 we made the big move. This lovely city has an amazing charm. Downtown has grown so much and is such a cozy and small town environment and we love our surroundings. Our home is part of the history of the City of Deland.
What makes this property unique
Our home is marked as a landmark and is a part of the history of Deland. This home was built in 1923 and is lovely and has so much charm and beauty to it. Our guests love it and we are sure you will too.
