If you are coming from The Walk Street, you can use the big beautiful stairs located from the beach side, which will lead you directly to our building located on the lower plaza (LP). Alternatively, if you are coming from King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, you can use the lift leading to Carrefour supermarket on the lower plaza (LP). Diel the apartment number 2504 then the bell button. Please note that for your safety, there might be a normal registration procedure downstairs from security.
Kindly note that we are located close to 2 metro stations; DMCC Metro Station and Sobah Realty Metro. Both Metro Stations can be reachable from our location via the tram from Jumeirah Beach Residence Station 2.
About our rules: Please kindly note that our property is designed only for adults and is not suitable for kids. No pets are allowed. The Mixed Bedroom is for both males and females. The Male Bedroom is only for males. The female bedroom is only for females.
Our bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort. All doors close automatically. No alarms, no phone calls, and no conversations in the rooms. Zero noise tolerance and perfume use. We have quiet hours from 1:00 AM until 7:00 AM. You have the freedom to go and come however you wish, as the entrance door is always open.
Some services might be paid such as laundry and towels. Access cards can be given by a deposit.
Parking spots may be available. Please contact us if you need a parking spot before arriving.
