Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Beautiful 1/2 of historic farmhouse w /Jacuzzi in country setting on 1 acre. Host occupies other half of home. 10-12 minutes to Downtown Rochester, Seabreeze, Park Avenue restaurants and shops, Lake Ontario Beaches, Genesee River Parkway and Zoo. 1 mile from Rochester General Hospital. Diverse wildlife with 50 varieties of birds, deer, fox, rabbits, milkweed with monarch butterflies border patio. Herb and vegetable garden to pick from. Private yoga lessons available on request. Suite includes a private entrance, two bedrooms, Master Jacuzzi bathroom, TV Room/Dining area. TV Room/Dining area is 130 sq. ft. and includes kitchen table and chairs, 10.6 cf refrigerator/freezer, hot plate with cooking pot, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker. TV with Roku and antenna. There is not a sink or counter in the dining area. I just started on VRBO. Please see Air B&B Country Living in the City for reviews

This stay felt like an island away from the craziness and chaos of the outside world. We had a great weekend and loved the jacuzzi tub. Thank you again for a lovely stay!
