Welcome to MESA BOULDER CANYON, our 5 BR, 3 BA, two-story home in peaceful and gated community with a heated pool, spa, basketball court and exciting hiking/biking trails. Neighborhood is adjacent to the Las Sendas Golf Course and home boasts amazing fairway and mountain views as well as spectacular sunrise and sunset vantage points. Remodeling has transformed our home into a paradise with comfortable furnishings and resort amenities. There are 3 bikes at the home for guests to use for sightseeing within the community and beyond.

Well-appointed home has a formal living room with a TV and an elegant dining room with stellar outdoor views.

The great room is an ultra-comfortable place to enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace and watch TV or admire amazing window views.

The fully stocked kitchen with eat-in area has new granite countertops, an island for serving food, high top table seating and window views that will prove distracting to the chef and helpers. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. The open floor plan and large windows lining the back of our home create bright and cheerful living spaces throughout. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. Cable TV and Wifi are complimentary.

~ SLEEP LIKE A ROCK ~
ALL bedrooms have king beds, TVs and ceiling fans so arguing about sleeping arrangements is not necessary. Four bedrooms, including the primary suite, and two bathrooms are upstairs. A hair dryer and soap are stocked.

The primary suite features a deluxe king bed, ample closet space, a ceiling fan and a cozy reclining chair for viewing the TV. Enjoy morning coffee while admiring stunning sunrise and mountain views from the private balcony off primary suite. Primary en suite bath includes a divine garden tub, dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower.

Everyone's happy because the second, third and fourth bedrooms have king beds, televisions and ceiling fans. Bedrooms share a pretty second bath with dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower combo.

The fifth bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and a bath with a tub/shower combo.

Completely stocked and pristine laundry room helps you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Garage has space for 2 vehicles and your clubs or other recreational gear.

~ OUTDOOR OASIS ~
At the back of the home is a resort-style backyard - your own private oasis with golf course frontage. The private pool has optional heat for year-round dips on sunny days.

New hot tub offers romantic moments under Arizona's sunlit and celestial skies. Covered patio has cozy furnishings for wining and dining with your favorite people and a gas grill that will please the outdoor chef.

Private putting green keeps you at the top of your game. Outdoor fire pit is a lovely gathering area to plan or review your East Valley adventures. Backyard offers spectacular views of golf course, mountains and beyond.

The area is a GOLFER'S PARADISE: there are 8 courses within 10 miles including the Las Sendas Golf Course, one of the top ten places to play in the USA.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please disregard misinformation on Vrbo.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances. Please contact us for more information.
