We stayed here for a baseball tournament. The house was clean and had more than enough room for 6 of us. The house was in a safe location. The pool was great. Would stay here again.

This house is situated in a nice and safe neighborhood. The pool was a must for the Texas heat and is perfectly maintained and clean with a 6ft deep end to a 4ft shallow end. The house itself is a nice home with well situated bedrooms and proper sizes. However, it is not being maintained and the least amount of effort is given to this property. The carpet had stains everywhere, and it smelled of urine. I suggest that pet fee be used to clean the carpet after each pet. The kitchen had several issues that would be easy to solve but seem to be ignored. The dishwasher was missing wheels on the bottom rack. The pots and pans were the bare necessities for 2 people and not a family. All pots and pans were a toxic mess of scratched up Teflon coated aluminum.Cooking utensils were melted hard plastic. Dining chairs were not stable. Muddy water was coming out of the faucets for the first few hours. Beds didn't have fitted sheets, they used duvet covers! The paint hasn't been touched up in years. And a broken sprinkler by the back door kept the patio muddy. The host said they would send someone around 2pm, but a guy showed up at 8:30pm. We were getting the kids to bed when a man just walked in the house wanting to see the issues. That just wasn't going to work for us. There was no other attempt to come back for repairs. This house could be so nice if only it were maintained properly. Bring your own sheets and kitchen supplies for this neglected beauty!
