Celebrate winter holidays at the lovely, warm, welcoming Coronado Beach Resort!

There aren't too many places in the US where the winter holidays are more wonderful and magical than Coronado, California!

We love being in Coronado during the winter holidays. The weather is mild, the decorations are beautiful, spirits are high, and the community is most welcoming.

Your one-bedroom suite is directly across from the famous Hotel Del Coronado. As you look out during the day you see Point Loma and the Pacific Ocean. At night, during the holidays, you see thousands of Christmas decorations and lights adorning the Hotel Del Coronado property and surrounding area.

We invested in this property approximately 10 years ago, and this has been one of the best decisions of our lives. When we aren't offering it to the public via VRBO, we have friends and family staying in our "home" there. In addition to the bedroom, there's a couch in the living room that converts to a bed. There's also a fully equipped kitchenette. (Please note that there is on-street parking available, as well as covered underground parking for a fee of $50 per day.)
