This is a great house. It is huge on the inside. Loved the water view and kayaks. Kitchen was stocked and all the appliances you need. Plenty of room for a large family.

This home was in a great location, close enough to things to do, stores, restaurants etc but also was located in a peaceful quiet location. Regardless if we were paddling on kayaks, sitting in the screened porch or snuggled in bed, it was extremely relaxing.

We loved everything about this house! Communication with host fabulous! House was spotless and had everything anyone could need. Want to sit outside in some comfy beach chairs? Want to sit in an amazing screened in porch and enjoy the breeze and watch the activity in the canal? Got a rare rainy day? Stay in and play foosball, play games or a puzzle? Pop some popcorn, make some waffles…. It’s all there. Truly an exception place and recommend renting … just not the dates we want because we will be renting again!!

This place was amazing! Daniel and Katharine have really thought of everything for their guests. We wanted for nothing. The house was beautiful, loved the decor. Plenty of space for our 18ft Hurricane deck boat at the floating dock. Anclote Key is one of our favorite local islands to visit. I wish I was more experienced at kayaking so I could have utilized them, maybe next time. The porch was so relaxing and even a busy bee like myself found it hard not to take a nap out there or relaxing reading one of the many cool books they had available. I even came across "Yesteryear I lived in Paradise" about the homesteaders that lived on Caladesi Island (I have a copy too).I lost my husband one night and found him having a drink with one of the neighbors, so locals are real friendly. We had some feathered visitors too. As Floridians ourselves, we love visiting other cool places in the Sunshine state, and frequently rent spaces. Daniel and Katharine's place is hands down one of the best we've stayed in.

Great house! Very large, spacious and clean. The owners supplied many useful items such as shampoo, body wash, several types of coffee makers, etc. We really enjoyed sitting out on the porch and relaxing by the water. The house was very close to the grocery store and restaurants. It was a short drive to Tarpon Springs and Dunedin as well. We would definitely stay here again if we visit this area in the future.
