Booked this room on the 42nd floor 4 months ago and messaged owner twice prior to arrival with no response, as I'm familiar with the process as I've stayed at this property several times previously. Arrived at the property and the front desk told me my room was already occupied and they would try to contact the owner..I started to look for other accommodations as I just got off a 3 hour flight. After an hour, they finally told me that I was supposed to be on the 32nd floor. There was no check in or check out communication from the owner and they failed to tell us that the pool was closed due to construction. There are many good owners here, this is not one of them. BUYER BEWARE.

Do not book this property! It’s a scam. They never responded to my many messages and never provided check in information. I had to file a claim with VRBO to be reimbursed. And was stranded with nowhere to stay.
