Come and Stay at our newly remodeled 2-Story Cottage. It's convenient and within walking distance of downtown venues in Grand Rapids, MI. Has 3 bedrooms (2 up and 1 on the main floor) with 2 baths. Sleeps 12 and lots of amenities just like home -- cable, wifi, Internet, a work station, micro-wave, washer & dryer and a large kitchen for entertaining. On and off street parking and bus route accessible. Can easily park 4 to 6 cars in the back. Visit and walk to GVSU downtown campus, Gerald R. Ford Museum, Grand Rapids Children's and Public Museum, Grand Rapids Art Museum, Van Andel Arena, DeVos Performance Hall, DeVos Place Convention Center, Fish Ladder, Art Prize, John Ball Park Zoo as well as enjoy the many restaurants, shops, and breweries. Only 30 minutes away from Lake Michigan or the Slopes of Cannonsburg. Easy access to US 131 and I-96 Expressway. 20 minutes to Gerald Ford Airport. Mike was extremely easy to communicate with during the whole process! Property was very clean and more spacious than the photos give it credit. Super close to everything downtown and was very comfortable to hold my larger group! Will definitely recommend and rebook in the future.

Bigger and Better than Expected

The rooms are large. Everything worked great, from the appliances to the snow shovel. We chose the property for the location, but were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable we were. Plus, Mike responds right away to any questions. Thanks for making our stay easy!

We came over from the UK, for the graduation of our daughter at Grand Valley State University. Really well placed for downtown and restaurants etc. Property very well equipped and cosy. Parking easy. We would look to stay here again when visiting Grand Rapids.

Great place to stay in Grand Rapids

This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to down town, restaurants, coffee shops. It is close to the freeway so easy to get to other parts of the city. It is an older house but has been nicely renovated. It has lots of space and is stocked with everything you need. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Mike is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to any inquiries. We have stayed at both of his properties and have not been disappointed. We will definitely be staying again when we get back to Grand Rapids.

Great Stay in June!

The cottage provided the perfect place for our family stay for a long weekend! It was centrally located for all activities planned. The house had plenty of room and was very well stocked (dishes, cooking, linens, soaps / detergent, paper products -- all we needed). The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of parking. Everything was in perfect working order. We were happy we opted for this rental vs. staying in a hotel. Thanks, Mike for making our stay so enjoyable!

The owner called before we got there to make sure we had the info we needed and was readily available to answer a question at check out. The house really nice and attractive, Clean, and had everything we needed. The bedroom with the king bed was.very comfortable! It was within walking distance to the events and breweries we visited. We really enjoyed Mike's home in Grand Rapids. It had a big kitchen and dining area for cooking/entertaining, we appreciated having designated parking, and we were an easy walk to many popular bars/restaurants.
