About this property

The apt has a full american style kitchen, 2 living rooms with comfortable sofas and TV and ceiling fans, 2 suites + 1 large bedroom with air conditioning and ceiling fans. A small balcony.
We have a gym and a full game room.
On the rooftop there is a large party room with 360 degree views and an outdoor area with barbecue, ideal place for a meeting in the open air in good company.

Só tenho elogios quanto a estadia no apartamento sr Ubaldo na praia Astúrias-Guarujá. O apartamento é ótimo. O que esta no site ( acomodações, localização, praia), tufo muito bom! Sem contar a receptividade dos donos do imóvel... indescritível!
