Welcome to our piece of paradise! This Surfside Beach condo is our family’s beach getaway and now it can be yours too. This condo is a top 3rd floor end unit 1br/1ba with a living area, dining area, and a full kitchen. However, the best feature is the spacious balcony overlooking the ocean! In addition to the breathtaking views and the sounds of the ocean, you will also enjoy private beach access and a beachfront swimming pool.
The condo is fresh and continuously well maintained in order to provide our guests a wonderful experience. The furniture is very clean and comfortable and we provide all the appliances necessary to help make your stay more enjoyable. The master bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and a flat screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player. The living room has comfortable furniture including a pull out queen size sofa bed. You can sleep in the living room and watch and hear the waves from your bed or catch an early sunrise. Additionally, the living room has a 48” flat screen TV and a Blu-ray DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Please enjoy all the appliances including coffee maker, mixer, and toaster. The bathroom is comfortably sized with plenty of room and is pleasantly decorated. Finally a large capacity stacked washer and dryer will make your vacation much more enjoyable.

Our Surfside Beach condo is centrally located near many local restaurants and attractions. The town of Surfside Beach is bordered by a large state park and beaches tend to be less crowded. However, the Myrtle Beach Pavilion, theaters, and major shopping malls are only a few minutes away.

Our building does not have an elevator.

This condo was beautifully decorated, and the location provided perfect beach views, and easy access. The fully equipped kitchen included an onsite washer and dryer. The property was very quiet, and parking was super convenient. Once we unpacked, we never moved our car, because we could walk wherever we needed to.In addition, Helene was very responsive to our needs.This is a property that we look forward to staying at again.

The room was nice the mattress on the bed was not good at all. The room needed blackout curtains because it got too bright too early in the room. Should have been stated in the listing that there was no elevator to the third floor

On our VRBO page under the heading, About This Property: it clearly states, “Our building does not have an elevator.” So it was on the listing, you just didn’t read the information. Secondly, we have pictures showing the bedroom during the day and night. It is very clear that there are blinds on the window with light coming through. I’m assuming you didn’t look at the pictures either. The bed and furniture are on a replacement schedule determined by manufacturers recommendations. The mattress was highly rated for rental properties. We sleep fine on it and so do our guests. Your poor review could have hurt my potential business all because you didn’t read the information. Everything you are complaining about was clearly stated and pictures included. Our place is immaculate, with beautiful views and convenient location. What a shame you didn’t enjoy those.
