This home was a perfect place for a beach getaway. My husband and I were visiting our son at CCU and so happy we found a great condo within 25 mins to campus. The parking is easy, the condo is comfy and clean, and the beach views from the balcony are wonderful! It is priced very reasonably for a Surfside condo. We could walk to the pier and Surfside restaurants, so the location is great! Will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay in Surfside Beach. The location was very centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Dedicated under roof parking was certainly a plus. The view of the beach/ocean from the balcony was beautiful. Communication with the host was easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

This information was taken directly from our VRBO page. How you managed to book our condo without reading this is beyond me. The VRBO listing also mentions that the building DOES NOT have an elevator!! We also have a picture of the staircase. The description explains that we are a 1 bed/1 bath with living area, kitchen and dinning area. We also have a fabulous deck overlooking the ocean. How can you mistake all of this for a room? Or think you can “get a room” on another floor.? This is the only condo we rent! “About this property: Beach Paradise! Direct Ocean Front End Unit! Prime Location! Beautiful Beach! Welcome to our piece of paradise! This Surfside Beach condo is our family’s beach getaway and now it can be yours too. This condo is a top 3rd floor end unit 1br/1ba with a living area, dining area, and a full kitchen.” I am sorry to hear that you have throat cancer. I, too, am a cancer survivor. One of the things that helped me heal was sitting on the deck hearing those waves and feeling that wonderful breeze. Maybe a little of that has helped you in your journey. Rating us poorly because of your inability to read a listing is unfair to my business. We provided you a clean, comfortable condo with amazing views and direct oceanfront. All you can criticize is the stairs….which were described in the listing.

This condo was beautifully decorated, and the location provided perfect beach views, and easy access. The fully equipped kitchen included an onsite washer and dryer. The property was very quiet, and parking was super convenient. Once we unpacked, we never moved our car, because we could walk wherever we needed to.In addition, Helene was very responsive to our needs.This is a property that we look forward to staying at again.

The place was adequate , it was tidy . My main criticism was just too many stairs . I was trying to recover from a leg injury and after asking for a lower room and being rejected I had to settle for an ne on the top. That was an awful lot of stairs. They also said to put linens and towels in a laundry bag . There were none we could find in the room . Tv was also impossible to work out .

Comfortable, quiet 3rd floor unit with balcony overlooking pool and beach. Includes washer/dryer and covered parking. Unit was spotless! Be prepared to carry your bags up 48 steps to the end unit but the view makes the effort worthwhile!
