We enjoyed our stay. The host was kind, attentive and informative. Room is somewhat dated but everything was clean and sufficient. Grounds were well kept and comfortable. We loved the location as the park system walking/bike path is right off of the property for easy access. Restaurant, grocery store and dollar store were within easy walking distance and the location was close driving distance to many sites and activities that we planned to visit.

Communication prior to booking was excellent, with quick and clear responses. The property was very quiet and peaceful, exceeding my expectations in that regard. It was a cozy, quaint little getaway, well-suited for a solo stay. Check-in and check-out staff were pleasant, courteous, and professional.One area for improvement would be housekeeping, which did not meet basic standards upon arrival. That said, once the issue was reported, it was addressed and responded to appropriately.Overall, the friendliness, communication, onsite staff and respectful interactions would lead me to consider staying here again.

Excellent VRBO!

We stayed at the Scottdale Park Suites from Mar 18 - 22, 2024. The property is as advertised and in an excellent location (adjacent to massive park). Staff were very accommodating (early check-in) and the property is very conducive to meeting new friends. Pool and common area had plenty of fun activities and were kept in clean and immaculate condition. The included golf at Continental was a great bonus. The suite itself, although a little dated, was excellent. We would definitely book there again!

Mostly quiet, despite the construction. Only had a cement mixer outside our bedroom for a short time. Amenities looked good, but we didn’t use them.

Everything was clean and functional for an older apartment complex. Pool and hot tub were always warm even on colder days. Being that it was an older complex every unit was on heat only for the time I was there. Some days I would have liked a little A/C but that will be turned on in the spring sometime.

Don't Stay Here

Stayed in a unit facing a construction zone and here are additional issues: 1. Never received any information regarding check-in process but surely received an email on the check-out process: 2. The bedding was dirty and so were the towels (bought my own and pillows because their's were sad: 3. The bathtub and shower curtain were old, dirty and peeling (showered with sandals): 4. This unit currently has a construction site behind it. Thankfully the construction workers arrived with their radios blaring at 5:30 am, every morning and their saw and air compressor full on running by 5:45am (sarcasm). Further, I had the privilege of having their port-a-pottys right next to my balcony, along with their garbage, so never once was I able to enjoy said balcony (which was the main reason I avoided a hotel and paid more for the condo). The grounds are amazing if you golf or frisbee golf and that is the ONE and only plus to this stay.
