it was run down. description was inaccurate. did nto tell us there was no wiifi and no washer dryer. the placed smelled like smoke and mildew. we left after the 2nd night of our 5 day booking

It’s funny how you people get upset at one thing and lie. You left because you couldn’t work there without the WiFi and the box was being delivered literally the next day. Again I apologize but it’s pretty pathetic of you to lie about my unit when This is my livelihood. But sorry for your misfortune and I hope you found better.

The only reason they are getting 3 stars is for putting some effort in to remedy the situation. I got this place for 3 weeks for a traveling midnight job. I informed them I was on midnights, and slept until about 2-3pm every day. When I got there, there was No AC, no laundry (stated there was in so be gave me 20 lol), no Wifi, no pots, pans, plates, cups, no trash can, and zero hot or even warm water in the shower. The fridge didn't work, freezer was kinda cold but and I lost a bunch of food. I told them about the shower, someone the hot water temp which didnt work. When I told them it didnt work, they more or less called me a liar. Finally a couple shows up, well, I wake up to them IN my bedroom / bathroom (bathroom is in bedroom) at like 11 trying the fix the shower. He left me with a gushing shower knob that was gonna flood the place, so I had to find the shutoff in the basement after they left. Next day or 2 I get woke up with them AND a plumbing company in my bathroom. But, he fixed the shower that day. Cool. Moving on, he brought a window unit over because it was 90 out and I asked if there was any way to adjust the temp in there. I got a new fridge a little over a week after being there. And a trash can and bags after about 2 weeks. They had some cheap tile on the walls that fell off the whole time, onto the bed too. Plywood on the ceiling, and just sloppy finishing in general. Told me Id get "a free night" but I ended up not getting it or any refund at all.

Well every issue that you listed was fixed and giving you that $20 for someone else’s mistake was out the kindness of my heart. Not only did I fix every single issue personally but I also offered you a free night. Also by the way WiFi is there now as I told you it was being delivered. You were my first client and I’m sorry it wasn’t as smooth as a seasoned host but I did go above and beyond to make sure your stay was comfortable. Even brought the ac unit from my own home because I invested all the funds I had into chasing my goals. Well thanks for the review I guess you can call us even now!
