This zero-entry designer smart-home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, luxe finishes, and an open-concept kitchen and great room. Unwind or grill and chill on the covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and stunning sunset fairway views. Includes car garage, and RV pad. Just 13 minutes to downtown, MetraPark, and hospitals. This upscale home blends comfort, style, relaxation and charm.

Simply put our listing is a stunner and the best value for the money in our area. The location is fabulous, quiet, calm, and an escape from the norm. We don’t live in this 2022 Parade of Home, but built and designed it to be a unique treasure on Lake Hills Golf Course. The sunsets in any season, warmth in the summer, and peace watching the snow fly in the winter. Close to trails, Lake Hills is perfect for cross country skiing, or of course hitting some greens. We recently started sharing it with you and are excited you are staying as our guest.

We enjoyed our stay. It is such a beautiful property, attention to detail, decor....doesn't feel like your standard VRBO! It snowed while we were there and they sent their nephew to shovel the walks which was so nice of them. We would stay here again and highly recommend this property!!

The lucky 13 house was absolutely gorgeous! Perfect house to stay in with my family of 4. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds and bedding were so comfortable which is hard to find in hotels. Very quiet neighborhood and you can watch the golfers on the 13th hole.

Lucky 13 is one of the best, if not THE best VBRO we have ever stayed at. This is a very quiet, comfortable setting. Wifi is solid for you digital nomads. Beds and sheets are first class. Furnishings are all high end and very comfortable. Jump on a reservation before the word gets out.
