This beautiful beachfront home, located in the gated Vizcaya community, is complete with spectacular views. Las Brisas is a Mediterranean style home in Dune Allen Beach, known for it's un-crowded beaches and sparkling white sand. Vizcaya boasts a security gate, beach chair service and heated pool with showers.

This immaculate, spacious three story home features 4 bedrooms each with it's own bath. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor, kitchen, dining and half bath on the main floor and spectacular master suite with vaulted ceiling and stunning views on the top floor making privacy a priority.

Dune Allen is only 10 minutes from Seaside, and 20 minutes from Destin and Panama City both featuring outlet shopping as well as amusement parks and many other activities. In Dune Allen you will find many entertainment options as well as shopping and fine dining.

Awesome Beach Stay!

This home was everything described and more. It was spacious, clean and our group of 8 had a great time! Plenty of room for all with the bathrooms in each bedroom. Access to beach was easy and very close to shopping and dining. We would love to stay here again!

The location of the house is wonderful and you cannot get a better view of the beach. The communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much despite the rain and plan to come back!

Amazing!

My family and I had an amazing week stay at Las Brisas. The property was as advertised and well appointed with the essentials we needed. The location was perfect, with only a short walk to the neighborhood/private beach access (2 houses down!) and an equally short walk to the community pool. Would definitely stay again!

Small Secluded neighborhood. Steps from beach

Neighborhood was small and cozy. Private beach access just a few houses down- super easy to get to!! FYI very steep steps to beach. Pool was also great- just across the street. The house was the perfect size and all was as pictured. Outdoor patio overlooking beach was wonderful. Only wish bottom floor bedrooms had some type of view out window or patio - but blocked by bushes- which may be protected beach vegetation?

Santa Rosa Beach at it's Finest

We spent a week at this property with our adult children and their spouses. Vizcaya is a great community with a private beach and a short walk to the beach. Las Brisas was perfect for our family and we definitely plan to go back to it again!

Memorial Beach Week

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Rebekah was extremely helpful upon check-in and resolved our questions promptly. The house was very clean and spacious - and of course, the views of the Gulf were extraordinary. Our three adult children and their spouses had their own bedroom/bathroom accommodations which was a first for us and now we're spoiled!

Great 30-A private house / beach

We truly love this 3 story house with easy access to the pool and beach. We stayed 8/10- 8/16 and crowds were nonexistent both at the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The location is ideal for shopping and eating out. We loved having coffee on the 2nd floor open balcony each morning. Also the master bedroom on the 3rd floor has a nice balcony nook my wife and i enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this location to others wanting a more private get away.

Wonderful location and layout of home

We had a wonderful time at Las Brisas. It is in a perfect location with super easy beach/pool access. The deck was amazing! Our only complaint on the trip was water leak damage in one bedroom ceiling (there was a dehumidifier plugged in the room) and visible mold around several vents on 2nd floor. Other than this, we were very happy with the home and our stay. We had a wonderful time!!

I'm so glad that we had a good trip! We actually found the leak (it's a lot harder than it seems) and the roofers are scheduled to come in the upcoming weeks to get it fixed. We're really excited.
