Peaceful Oceanfront Oasis..Pool, Walk to beach, generator backup!
Bring the whole family to the Caribbean in our brand new updated, waterfront with a balcony, two bedroom / two bathroom condo. We are centrally located on the south side of St Thomas, with views overlooking the Caribbean Sea, and Bolongo Bay beach only steps from your door.. Enjoy dining at the Caribbean restaurant on property, Mim’s Bistro, and the comfort of our condo, which is fully backed up by a new generator.
The whole unit was newly updated in the summer of 2024. The condo association has a generator, so power outages are not a problem. Enjoy a balcony that stretches from the dining room to the master bedroom, overlooking the waves. One king sized bedroom with blackout curtains and balcony access. One queen sized bedroom. Both bedrooms have full closets with hangers and a luggage rack. The pull out couch turns into a queen bed. Two full bathrooms. Laundry in unit with detergent and dryer sheets. Full kitchen and dining has plenty of cooking supplies, plus tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, and fruits. New AC in every room, plus fans. Restaurant and pool on property are just a few steps from the condo. Bolongo bay beach is to the left of the condo property, and is directly accessible from the parking lot ramp located to the left of the first building.
Guests can access a patio with furniture from the dining room and main bedroom that overlooks the pool and ocean.

10 minute drive to Havensight Shopping and 15
Minutes drive to historic downtown Charlotte Amalie.
10 minute drive to Red Hook, which is also where the ferry dock is located to go to St John.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dirty dishes with dish soap and leave on the drying rack before leaving.
Return your parking pass to the coffee table before leaving! The condo association will charge a $15 fee to replace the missing one, which I will unfortunately have to charge to your bill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I'm native to Rochester, NY, but moved to St Thomas in 2021 for nursing, and now it's where I call home with my family.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. I love that it is off the main road and within steps to the beach, yet it is centrally located to many other ideal locations on the island.
What makes this property unique
One of the few genuine oceanfront condos with a local restaurant, pool, and less than 3 minute walk to the beach. We have a generator and reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen sink only. Access to tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts at the neighboring condo association. The neighboring resort has a dock, which boat excursions on their catamaran leave from. Guests from Watergate are allowed to book excursions through their activity center.
