Welcome to Louisville, KY, home of bourbon and horse racing! Enjoy a stylish and comfortable stay centrally located to museums, bourbon experiences, the famous Churchill Downs, and many amazing restaurants and bars.

This second level condo features a fully equipped kitchen and island for dining that opens into the living room where you can relax on the sofa and watch television. Off the kitchen, you will find a modern bathroom that includes plush towels and toiletries. You are then welcomed to retire in either of the bedrooms that includes a queen-size bed with soft linens and all the comforts for a restful stay. The condo can sleep up to six guests (2 queen size beds and 1 full size air mattress). The entire condo is equipped with automated features including voice control, motorized window treatments, lighting control and touch screen control.

The condo was so clean and modern! Super comfortable couch for visiting and catching up! Great location regarding proximity to do all the downtown activities and events. Neighborhood location is a "work in progress" but didn't feel unsafe. Kitchen is new and sleek, a little sparse on utensils/equipment so just keep that in mind if the plan is to cook. But otherwise, the essentials are there and in great condition! Super comfy beds too with lots of pillows! Great communication with host! Very automated place!

The upstairs apartment we had was great, 2 bedroom 1 bath, had everything we needed, it was a modern decor, but also cozy. . Our host was great, prompt with answers to our questions, friendly. The location was iffy, the neighborhood seemed to be going through an upgrading and improvement. It was fine for us, we enjoyed our stay.

There isn't a pool (but we knew that when it was rented), not sure why the review is asking for me to rate the pool. The condo itself was clean and nice. Not a lot of appliances in the kitchen. The location is a bit rough.
