Newly Remodeled 4 bedroom Tri-Level Residential Home in Kentwood, MI. It is about 15 mins to down town Grand Rapids and 10 min. from Gerald Ford International Airport. The home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood within minutes of restaurants, the theater, shopping, museums, Calvin College, Aquinas College, Grand Valley, Cornerstone University, Meijer Gardens, Spectrum, St. Mary's, Metro, and Blodgett Hospitals, and close to Highway 6 Crosstown, I-96 and 131 expressways.
Guests have access to the whole house with a two stalled attached garage. Parking is also available in driveway and on street in season.
It is self check in with a key box and I can be available if you need me. There will be air beds for extra sleeping arrangements, and guests may also use the couches as well for sleeping. Appliances include new dishwasher, new stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer... so it is like living at home with all the amenities
