We loved the Pullman House! It was cozy, funky, fun, clean and located in a terrific spot. The only down side was that it was so close to the train that we didn't rest much with the train horns throughout the night. If you are a heavy sleeper or don't mind the noise, this place is perfect.

This place is perfect. Very comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, clean, stocked and accessible to the beautiful downtown area. Important to note for “light” sleepers..the place is located very close to train track and track crossing..but we can sleep through anything so it wasn’t a problem AT ALL! We will be back!

Great condo and fabulous stay! The unit was brand new and impeccably clean with a very cool style. Location was perfect for us. Steps from Washington Ave, and we walked to everywhere we wanted to be downtown.

The check-in process was very easy, the condo was absolutely spotless, and there was so much attention to detail to make for an easy stay. They had two different shades of towels, which made it easy to tell which one was yours, the pillows had different firmnesses so you could find your perfect one. The decor was impeccable and there was always chill music playing outside, so there was a strong boutique hotel vibe. And the location was perfect for walking to shops and dining, but there is dedicated parking, which made coming and going super easy.

ALREADY PLOTTING A WAY TO GO BACK NEXT YEAR!! We loved all the windows, and balcony areas. The area around the house is incredible and super walkable! Very family friendly place to stay for a trip. We loved the design choices and cleanliness. There were also a TON of intentional accommodations that people never remember like coffee grounds/creamer. Little makeup wipes, and even laundry detergent. It was very thoughtfully done. Would 10/10 stay again and recommend.

My wife and a friend stayed at the executive and came back raving about how great it was. They couldn’t stop talking about how nice everything was and how great the space was decorated. Location to town was awesome also. They walked everywhere. I messaged Jonathan and he recommended some great places to eat. Over all 10/10!

Unit is upstairs. Beautifully designed and decorated spacious brand new two story townhouse with two private balconies. An additional large covered open ended mezzanine overlooking both the private cocktail pool and public park area are just outside the front door. Large downstairs is an open concept common area. Spacious kitchen island with multiple seating. Two generous sized bedrooms with large closets. Three large TVs in the unit. Well equipped with essentials. Full sized washer and dryer upstairs. Location is a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. No golf cart needed. Dedicated off street parking space. A real plus. Very responsive host. Perfect for train lovers who don’t mind the occasional horns of passing locomotives. The place is so nice and the location is so wonderful that we’ll stay again.
