Check in was difficult as the parking attendant could not speak English and did not know where we should park or how to get to the condo.

The condominium security staff and parking attendants are managed by the HOA/common areas and are unfortunately not part of our company’s team. We understand the language barrier may have made the arrival process more difficult, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. For our guests’ convenience, we provide detailed check-in instructions both through email and the VRBO chat, including parking information, directions, and access details. Additionally, guests receive the direct contact number for their assigned concierge as well as an emergency contact number should any additional assistance be needed during arrival or throughout the stay.
