Enjoy your stay in North Miami Beach at this comfortable home with a spacious backyard, great for soaking up the sun or just hanging out. The neighborhood has plenty to explore, from nearby parks and the Ancient Spanish Monastery to kayaking and trails at Oleta River State Park. You’ll also be just a short drive from Aventura Mall, local restaurants, and the beach. It’s a simple, laid-back spot that makes it easy to enjoy everything Miami has to offer.
The home is completely private for your stay. However, there is a small attached studio with a separate locked entrance, occupied by a long-term tenant. There is no shared access between the studio and the house — both spaces are fully private. The only shared area is the driveway.

Very unresponsive host. There was not enough necessary stuffs like paper towel, tea, salt and pepper etc. which are very common at other rental properties. Parking lot was occupied by another car for two nights and not enough space for parking a big SUV. The communication was awful. Think twice before renting this property.
