This is one side of a new-build duplex. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is located in a residential neighborhood. Enjoy a comfortable stay only 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. With a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living space, and comfortable beds, the property is perfect for work or relaxation and is thoughtfully designed for your comfort. After a day of exploring, relax on the back deck and listen to the sounds of the night.
This is one side of a brand new, well-insulated duplex. This unit is side-by-side to the other unit so there is no one above or below you.
The unit has a large shared driveway with dedicated parking for 2 cars. Additional free parking is available on the street.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals—refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker with coffee supplies. You'll also find pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, bakeware, and cooking essentials. There is also a dining table that comfortably seats six guests.
The open floorplan of the main level has plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen Smart TV (no cable provided). This floor also has a half bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers extra sleeping space for guests. If you need to get some work done, there is also a dedicated desk and chair.
The upper level has 2 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has a King bed with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Each bedroom has a dresser for clothing storage. Ample towels, bathroom essentials, and toiletries are provided.
There is a large washer and dryer on the upper level. An iron and ironing board are provided in the walk-in closet off the King bedroom.
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property.
The unit has a private outdoor deck, separated from the adjacent unit by a privacy fence.

A few things to note:
- If you have a larger group, the full duplex may be available to rent (check out the "Entire Duplex" listing on my profile). Although each side is very well-insulated, please note that there is potential for noise from other guests on the other side.
- Our neighborhood is transitional with a mix of old home, new homes, and even a church! The neighborhood hosts an eclectic blend of locals and tourists. While guests have never reported safety concerns during their stay, please note that this is a residential neighborhood, so you may occasionally hear everyday sounds like barking dogs, crowing roosters, or neighbors spending time outdoors. We even have a friendly neighborhood dog who likes to make the rounds and say hello :) Many popular restaurants and attractions are just minutes away. If you have any specific questions or concerns, I encourage you to check out previous guest reviews or reach out before booking!
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside or around the property.
- There are a couple of train lines about 1-mile away that run through Taylors. The house is very well-insulated, but during your stay you may hear train noises in the distance. Many of our guests have said they've never heard it, and some others say they were bothered by it. For our light sleepers, we've provided a white noise machine in each bedroom for your comfort. The vast majority of our guests do not complain.
- If you are bringing infants/babies, note that the home is NOT baby-proofed.
- This is a residential neighborhood so large events and loud parties are NOT allowed.
- We're looking for guests who are "verified", have positive reviews from other hosts, and are over the age of 25.
- Maximum of 6 guests per reservation.

The back of the unit has a private, elevated deck that is separated from the adjacent unit by a privacy fence. Note that the full yard below the deck is shared with guests in the adjacent unit, so you may see them outside as well.

Taylors is on Eastern Time (EST). Check-in is between 4 - 10PM. If arriving later, please be mindful of noise levels.
