Coral uphoria villa with 46 sqm private pool

Bali is a coastal village on the north coast of Crete, about 30 km east of Rethymno and 45 km from Heraklion (airport). It is built on a raised small peninsula so overlooks the bay and the sea. Bali has four beaches on four small creeks and a beach isle. From the village passes the National Road Heraklion-Rethymno (buses run every hour), making access to any part of the island very easy giving the visitors the chance to discover the beauty and history of the island.
Today Bali is a modern tourist resort with a wide variety of taverns, restaurants, small shops, diving center, bars, discos, as well as clinic and pharmacy.

UPHORIA STONE VILLAS are 3 newly built villas (95 sqm each) surrounded by a large variety of plants and trees. They are located 2 km away from the center of the village Bali and 1.5 km from the beach. Each holiday villa has its private swimming pool (46 sqm), BBQ, Free WiFi internet access, private yard and provides a plethora of amenities and facilities listed below.

We stayed in Ruby, not sure exactly why we were moved from Coral which we had booked. Overall good in great location. Layout was good and the pool was lovely and clean. The kitchen needs updating and utensils need replacing - only one saucepan, only a few dirty mugs and not many glasses. No kettle, we purchased one ourselves!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Positiv hervorzuheben sind der großartige Pool und die bequemen Betten. Auch die praktische Ausstattung mit SpĂŒlmaschine und Waschmaschine haben wir sehr geschĂ€tzt.Man muss jedoch anmerken, dass ein Großteil der Einrichtung, insbesondere die sanitĂ€ren Anlagen, sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen ist.Als der Fernseher defekt war, meldete sich der Vermieter zwar umgehend zurĂŒck, die eigentliche Reparatur erfolgte jedoch erst nach Einschaltung der HaushĂ€lterin vor Ort. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt der HaushĂ€lterin: Sie war großartig und bei allen Anliegen sofort zur Stelle.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage mit Aussicht zum Meer. Toller, sauberer Pool und ausreichend Sonnenliegen. KĂŒche akzeptabel ausgerĂŒstet, die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, wurde aber direkt ausgetauscht. Der Zustand von Haus uns Garten hĂ€tte besser sein können - die Bodenlackierung in der KĂŒche war beschĂ€digt, ein Toilettenabzug war nicht ganz dicht und rauschte - wurde aber schnell repariert. BĂ€ume im Garten lange nicht mehr beschnitten - das habe ich dann selbst gemacht. Leider dröhnte Abends bis 23 Uhr Musik vom nahegelegenen Hotel herĂŒber. Insgesamt nette Location, braucht aber etwas mehr Pflege vom Besitzer.

HĂ©bergement bien situĂ© avec superbe vue ! A noter cette villa est trop proche d'un hĂŽtel nuisances sonores ! Belle maison avec extĂ©rieur en pierre mais pas de joli jardin et l'intĂ©rieur trĂšs dĂ©cevant voire vĂ©tuste Le mĂ©nage trĂ©s trĂšs approximatif, prĂ©sence de moisissures dans salle de bains, vaisselle Ă  refaire, ustensiles cassĂ©s, Piscine eau trouble Intervention technicien mais avec oubli de fermer local donc dangereux, TV ne fonctionne pas donc déçus et oĂč est le SPA? approximatif veruste

Excellent séjour

Situation de la maison idĂ©ale mĂȘme si petite route biscornue pour y arriver. À peine 5 mn en voiture de Bali Beach oĂč se trouve plein de commerces , restaurants et plage. TrĂšs bel extĂ©rieur oĂș rien ne manque .La vue est magnifique sur la nature, les montagnes et au loin la mer. Equipements extĂ©rieurs parfaits avec une grande et belle piscine,transats,table, chaises et barbecue. L’intĂ©rieur est plus sommaire de part un Ă©quipement basique et quelque peu vĂ©tuste. EntrĂ©e donnant sur un espace de vie correct avec cuisine, salon et coin repas .Le sol et le mobilier sont de qualitĂ© moyenne mais comme nous avons passĂ© le plus clair de notre temps en extĂ©rieur cela n’est finalement pas gĂȘnant. Une chambre avec placard et un wc avec machine Ă  laver se trouve aussi au RDC . À l’étage se trouve une chambre parentale avec une petite salle de bains et une grande terrasse ainsi qu’une 3eme petite chambre avec placard et une salle de bains avec petite baignoire et wc. Bonne literie pour les 3 chambres . Pour notre part la prise en main et dĂ©part ont Ă©tĂ© fait par une gentille femme de mĂ©nage qui parle en grec et un peu anglais. C’est un endroit trĂšs calme et retirĂ© mais Ă  la fois trĂšs proche de la vie animĂ©e de Bali .

Fijne vakantie gehad

Het huisje lag enigszins afgelegen. Maar we hadden een auto gehuurd voor de hele vakantie dus dat was voor ons geen probleem. In dorpje Bali waren een paar leuke restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Het huisje zelf was prima voor Griekse begrippen. Alleen het bed beneden was dringend aan vervanging toe. Het privézwembad was heerlijk. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad.

Schöner Urlaub mit traumhaftem Pool

Der Pool ist super und eines der Highlights unseres Urlaubs! (Danke Kostas); Laut Beschreibung hatten wir uns auf das Willkommenspaket mit Wasser etc. gefreut, was es leider nicht gab. Auch die genannten GewĂŒrze (nicht mal Salz und Pfeffer) und der DVD Player fehlten. Zur Selbstverpflegung ist die Ausstattung nur in Teilen zu nutzen, da es kaum SchĂŒsseln (nur zwei kleine und nicht mal eine SalatschĂŒssel) gibt. Teller sind genug vorhanden dafĂŒr fĂŒr 6 Personen jeweils eine Tasse. Aber das regelt die SpĂŒlmaschine. Die ĂŒberdachte Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick ist sehr schön, wobei ein Tisch mit StĂŒhlen dort klasse wĂ€re ebenso wie ein Sonnenschirm, da die Sonne morgens und nachmittags seitlich scheint. Das Haus an sich ist sehr geschmackvoll und authentisch; das Mobiliar teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gab es Probleme mit einem konstanten Internet; dieses fiel immer wieder aus (z.T. fĂŒr mehrere Stunden). Aufgrund der Lage ist ein Auto zwingend erforderlich (Achtung: steile Straßen!), da der Weg nach Bali zu Fuß machbar aber beschwerlich ist. Alles in allem konnten wir uns gut den Gegebenheiten anpassen und haben den Aufenthalt in Stone Villas Coral sehr genossen!

une maison bien située et bien équipée

L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© simple et efficace, tout Ă  fait parfait. La maison elle-mĂȘme est sur deux niveaux, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, loin du bruit de la ville et des routes. Elle dispose de terrasses avec vue sur la mer et sur les arbres, et aussi d'une piscine (non utilisĂ©e vu le temps froid et pluvieux de fin octobre 2021). Elle se trouve dans un lot de trois maisons similaires, lui-mĂȘme situĂ© au sein d'un pĂ©rimĂštre Ă  destination des touristes, fait de maisons Ă  louer et d'hĂŽtels, ce qui implique une certaine densitĂ© de circulation en Ă©tĂ©. S'il y a internet, celui-ci est de mauvaise qualitĂ©, comme ailleurs en CrĂȘte semble-t-il. La voie pour rejoindre la maison depuis la route est cimentĂ©e et en forte pente, et les 50 derniers mĂštres sont constituĂ©s de gros cailloux, mais une petite voiture passe l'obstacle. Globalement bien Ă  tous niveaux. La petite ville de Bali est joignable en dix minutes, a de nombreux restaurants proches (mais un seul Ă©tait ouvert fin octobre, et mĂȘme fermĂ© le lundi) et deux supermarchĂ©s Ă©galement proches avec pas mal de produits. La route principale vers Herakion ou Rethymnion et Chania est aussi Ă  dix minutes, ce qui permet de se dĂ©placer un peu partout avec facilitĂ© dans la partie ouest de l'Ăźle.
