Gia is very responsive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The view is stunning and there were tons of toys, games and books so my kids were in heaven. Would definitely stay here again!

I’m so thankful all the games and toys came in handy!! We appreciate you choosing us for your stay!! Happy holiday!
Host was very friendly and quick to respond to communications. House was very nice with a beautiful view. The road to get down to the house was a little hairy, other then that great place to stay.
Simply an amazing view and complete privacy. At night you can see all the stars and it’s just quiet. And it is so close to everything like Costco, grocery and tons of restaurants. Also only like 12 minutes to Whiskey Row. All the rooms are nice and deck is so big. I highly recommend it.

Amazing quiet place to stay with amazing view of surrounding countryside. A little difficult to get to but we’ll worth the trip. The owner is amazing to communicate with and very hospitable!

Thank you for your kind words!! We definitely welcome you back ANYTIME!!
Excellent. Gia was an excellent communicator and responsive.. The house was so cozy and comfortable and the view was spectacular. Would definitely book again!!
beautiful scenery and very secluded! Two of my favorite qualities for this location. We had an excellent experience for our first time here. Things we forgot at home as far as spices and things to cook with were right in the kitchen, very convenient! Also had good communication with the owners who pointed us in the direction we needed every time! Great stay. Great place. We will definitely be back.

Thank you Anothony for your kind words!! We certainly are very happy you enjoyed your stay!! We welcome you back anytime!! I’m glad your stay was easier with the things we provided. We know often times people rent a home and unfortunately..it’s the little things we forget. So we tend to keep stuff up their for our guests convenience!
The location of the property was beautiful. The one level living area and patio deck allowed our family to have a great time. We were a little thrown off by where it was located and the steep driveway. The outside seems a little run down.

Thank you for staying with us. We actually attended to some improvements in the home...inside and out. We hope to see you again!
The property looks to still be a work in progress as the is some updating needed in the kitchen/ grounds. But it was clean and comfortable and the owners were helpful. Reasonably priced.
The house was great overall, very spacious and great view. The road to the property was a little sketchy, especially at night but it worked out ok. Only suggestion would be for rugs in the master bathroom as the floor got wet from the shower, we just used a towel so we didn't slip. Beautiful place and would stay there again!
Quite secluded location. Great patio over looking small valley and hills. Great for afternoon and evening beverages. Roads leading to home a bit rough and steep. We made it just fine with AWD car. Home had everything we needed including washer and dryer. It was decorated nicely. Great if you have kids. Bunk beds in third bedroom. We would definitely stay there again.
Beautiful views, super quiet location on the side of a mountain (the first time down the driveway was a bit of a nail biter but after that was no big deal). The house was roomy and very comfortable. We only used the master suite; we slept great in the bed and the shower was fantastic! It was close enough to run in to grab a bite (Chick-fil-a is close, that's a happy surprise for me!), groceries or Costco if you are so inclined. It made a great home base after all our outings. The owners were wonderful to work with and responded super fast to any question I had. Oh, and the internet was super fast...always a plus with me! Thanks for letting us stay!

Thank you for your kind words!! We are very happy you enjoyed your stay!!
The location was ideal, and the layout perfect for our family of five. We especially enjoyed the views from the back porch. That said, the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator were dirty and disorganized, and the kitchen table and chairs were full of crumbs. The couch also had some stains. I believe the owner is aware of these issues. Hopefully, they will be resolved for the next guest.

Thank you for staying with us. Yes we have changed cleaning people and have steamed all couches and chairs. Unfortunately we were not aware that it wasn’t getting cleaned to our satisfaction. We also had someone go in an organize the cabinets.
Great home for 4 adults and 2 children on the side of a hill!
Beautiful home on the side of a hill. It would not unfortunately be a great fit for people in wheelchairs or use walkers due to the steep drive. Inside the home, it was plenty good size with 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and 1 bunk bed room. The back deck was the best feature on the home. I suggested a TV in the main sitting area as our family likes to watch a movie at night occasionally. Overall, great except for using caution with the steep drive and about a 500 yard dirt road to get to the home.
Property is ok, though cleaning crew missed trash under beds. Be advised that the master bedroom has glass doors that open to the great room - so if privacy is a concern you may want to that into consideration.
House is built in to a hillside with a steep circular drive that goes around it. There are two sets of staircases to get from the parking area to the main or rear entrance. The stairs are a bit irregular, and the ones leading to the back door had lots of gravel on them, so be careful.

Thank you for the time to review our home. Yes..,you are correct. The home sits alone on a hillside. Having said that., it gives people the isolation of being on a mountain alone with the convenience of main stream stores minutes away. We just remodeled the back porch. So our next project is to “do away” with the outside steps and make them into patios. Hence why we have not made them more inviting to use. I always use the paved driveway to walk around the home (easier on the knees lol) but I will make sure they are swept. Also when it raines it does move pebbles around since the home is on a mountain. I often thought having curtains on the master doors should be a good idea..although the view into the living is quite inviting. I will this weekend put curtains where people can choose to keep open or close. I think that is a better idea. I appreciate your visit with us and wishing you a blessed day.
There were some things that were needs attention.. Extra face towels needed. Refrigerator door,; rubber frame on door was loose and difficult to close. Arm on one of the dining chairs loose , where it came off if you rest your arm on it. TV in one of the bedrooms, could not navigate. It would have been helpful if there were instructions. Could use large Rubbermaid/plastic bowls for kitchen. Overall, a nice quiet place to stay.

Thank you for staying with us. Also I appreciate the heads up on the arm chair and the fridge. We will definitely work on getting those two thing addressed. We have ample face towels and bathing towels…they are located in the Bathroom in the hallway…I’ll have to make sure the cleaning lady displays them easier. We normally leave ample amount out…it’s possible she may have put some away. I will definitely check into that! I appreciate your business!! Safe travels!!

Don't stop at this one... keep going
View was nice...... but You can't sit on any of the 6 Kitchen/Dining Chairs, as their is no cushioning and all you felt was springs or wood. We had to use our pillows on the chairs. It was dusty, and smelt in 2nd bedroom. No TV in the living room, so if you wanted to watch TV, you had to sit on the beds. And not enuf light to read in the LR. No closets for our use. While the driveway is steep and narrow, and the roadway leading to the driveway is the same, but with gravel, the owners parked their vehicles at the curves near the entrance, so if we didn't want to park on the steep grade at the front door, we had to maneuver around their parked vehicles and drive all the way around to the back. Jeeps would work great on this property.

We apologize that the kitchen seats were to firm for you. We most definitely have not been informed of springs…as I was just up there with my children and they would
Have absolutely mentioned if they were getting hurt. But they are firm..it is an Lang set and they make very good quality furniture. But we will take a look again. There are two huge ceiling fans with lights in living room…and a set of lights by long couch…you may have not seen the light switch for reading. Thank you for the idea…I may put a reading lamp by the two reading chairs. Not exactly sure why the bedroom had a moist smell other then it was rainy every day and AC was not on. Yes…it is a steep driveway…the home is located as you are aware on a mountain. There is a level area to go in and out of home. We do manage to go around our truck that is not operable with a F550…hopefully we can move that this winter. Unfortunately part has been on order and with this economy some car parts are just not readily available. I am looking into finding and trying to figure out how to put a tv in the living room. As the whole back house is covered with window to see the beautiful mountainside. As for closets…they were hangers in both bedrooms and space…but we will look into moving some things to make it completely empty on each side. I have a rolling rack located in the spare bedroom for people if they wanted to take it out and move it into the master bedroom. I will put that in the instruction book or just leave it out in master. Unfortunately master closet is locked. But thank you for mentioning that we will make some alterations. Jeeps are great to use at that property but most people over look the steep driveway because they enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility….I apologize you weren’t 100% happy…we strive to keep new and returning clients satisfied. Thank you for all your input….definitely appreciated!

The place was ok.
Pros:
View and quite location.
Cons
No instructions left out from the owner. Every other place we have ever stayed has at least a sheet of paper explaining everything about the house like the wifi password ect.... We just happened to stumble upon it in the bottom of a basket next to the back door.
Sheets on one of the kids bed had what we could guess was dirt or cookie crumbs in it so we had to change them.
The house was not as clean as we would have expected for a rental. The furniture could use a cleaning as there were multiple stains on the couches.
The grounds around the home were not kept up. There is a stairwell that goes from the driveway in front of the house down to where we parked that the rails were falling over and unsafe. There were several vehicles around the yard and a old boat up against the house. Not an environment for the small kids to play outside.
Overall the stay was ok but we were not overly thrilled with the property and would not rent again.

We are sorry you found some dislikes. We have changed are cleaning service in the past 6 months. We have yet had any complaints. But we do appreciate your feed back and will address all. Yes.. we do have some vehicles and a boat…however we do only rent at that price for a reason. The home is 1900 s,f completely remodeled and I do think it’s a fair price.. it’s not a manufacturers home. You have so much more amendities then a two room hotel at that cost. It’s a beautiful home on a mountain side..secluded and we do apologize if it wasn’t what you were looking for. Our
Kids live the private hiking and space to run free. We love it for the privacy and safeness. We will make sure the basket and instructions are easy to find. I always send my phone number to be reached in case there where any questions.. I wish you would of reached out. At the end of the day we appreciate your business and wish you a blessed day.
