We were in town for a wedding, this house was so perfect for us. Very clean, organized and had extra perks we were not expecting (good coffee, shower toiletries and a very cool little speakeasy basement, lol) Tyler was an excellent host and we hope to come back another time!

We stayed for a night with 4 adults and two kids. We all slept wonderfully and enjoyed our stay here. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but we were just passing by. The host was kind and helpful. We accidentally left some of our baby’s belongings and the host had the item mailed to you. We’ll definitely be back!

Conveniently located near the falls an a great kids park. Very close to downtown. Awesome property, nice neighborhood, killer basement lounge. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone staying in Olympia

This redone home was everything we needed! Each bedroom had a bathroom so each couple had their own space. The basement was a bonus and perfect as a wind-down space for our group. The owner/manager was very responsive and helpful. New technology was Incorporated and it is clear that a lot of thought was put into the room decor. It is easy in and off the highway, which was what we were looking for. However, that also meant a lot of noise when wanting to use the balcony or front porch. It was street parking, but felt very safe.

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quite comfortable and cozy. Beds were comfortable and it was really convenient that each room had its own bathroom.I would have given it a 5 star but the toilets were dirty so we had to clean them. Over all, I would recommend this property!

This is a very well appointed rental that felt very much like home. The decor is lovely, welcoming and coordinated. The kitchen is well stocked with more than the basics needed for cooking a full family meal. You do need to bring your own spices, oils, and food. The basement is a great place for hanging out! And the bathtub was perfect at the end of a busy day! While the home sits above the busy freeway, the road noise inside is not noticeable once you are inside. And the view of Capital Lake from the porch and balcony is a nice surprise. I would definitely rent this home again and will recommend it to others when visiting the Olympia area.

The house was even more beautiful than tbe pictures! Entry was smooth, we really appreciate the AC units beinf set up prior to our arrival and the check out requirements were minimal! Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Spent 3 nights in Tumwater in absolute comfort. The house had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation: well-equipped kitchen, game room with pool table, karaoke and video games, and comfortable seating throughout. The layout and space of the house allowed us to relax together without stepping all over each other. Some favorite things of note from various members of our party: the luxury bath in the primary suite, the view of the lake and capitol building from the upstairs balcony, the downstairs game room, and the whimsical chandelier above the staircase. We were about 10 minutes away from downtown Olympia, the farmers market, and fun shops. I only wish we had had more time to hang out at "home"! Shout out to Tyler: we appreciate you!

Luxurious is the word! This beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. The house was clean and wonderfully set up. The showers were pure luxury, with plenty of hot water for the kids to take one hack to back and still leave hot water for the adults. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. I would 100% stay here again!The only thing I would note is for families with small children, be careful with the balcony and stairs. Thank you so much! Staying here made my weekend lovely.

My mom, aunt and I stayed in this amazing place for a girls weekend. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor with additional two bedrooms each with their own bathroom upstairs. We could have spent the entire weekend just hanging out in this beautifully remodeled home. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room area as we played games and nibbled on our goodies from the farmers market in Olympia. The location is wonderful! Close to Olympia with lots of restaurants and shops.Note- Due to the steep stairs and partly open staircase I would not recommend staying here if you have young children.
