This is a duplex 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath space renovated, cozy and beautiful.
- Fully equipped so you can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay.
- Totally private and independent. Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just 15 minutes from Anna Maria and other beautiful beaches, nature reserves and other attractions.
- Ready for up to 2 people. (We have another beautiful stay for up to 4 people on the same property).
- Huge backyard, fully fenced

- 7 miles/15 mins to Anna Maria Island Beaches & outdoor adventures (kayaking, biking, boating, swimming & beach horseback riding)
- 5 miles/10 mins to IMG Academy for attending events, camps, or training

-To receive property access code, a copy of the booker's photo ID is required.
-Violation of any of the house rules may result in guest having to leave the party before the end of the leases without any refunds.
-For property protection and insurance purposes, security cameras monitor the front and back entrances and must remain active at all times.
-You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by not making excessive noise or engaging in boisterous behavior, especially after 11:00 pm such behavior can deprive yours neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their home.
