Our rental was not very clean. Glassware, utensils, and Somme pots and pans were very dirty. An upgrade to cooking utensils would also be a good idea.The floors were also dirty as my sox were very dirty after one day walking just in the house. Disappointed that the bedrooms didn’t have tvs. Lights in the living room lamp burned out on Saturday, I notified the host and the response was told that someone would be there on Monday to fix. No one came. We bought bulb to replace. Location wise it was very good, lots of beautiful beaches close by.Warm Mineral Springs was pretty awesome also.

I’m really sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance—this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We take your comments about the kitchen items and floors very seriously and will be addressing this with our cleaning team right away to ensure it does not happen again. We also appreciate your suggestion about upgrading the cooking utensils and will look into improving those items. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the living room lamp. While we did schedule maintenance, I regret that this was not completed during your stay. Thank you for taking the initiative to replace the bulb, though we understand you shouldn’t have had to. Regarding the TVs in the bedrooms, we understand that this can be an important amenity for some guests, and we will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and nearby attractions—it’s one of the things many guests love most about the property. Thank you again for your stay and for bringing these matters to our attention. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.
