Beautifully renovated from top to bottom and equipped with new furnishings and decor throughout. The first floor features a full bath, large laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, and the spacious living/dining combo with direct access to the second floor balcony offering beautiful views of the lush, tropical landscape and Atlantic Ocean. The second floor features the master and guest bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms and smart TV's. There is a second private balcony off of the master bedroom perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail and peaceful sounds of the beach. Additional sleeping with a sleeper sofa in the living area. The community has two pools. A beautiful tropical lagoon surrounded, heated pool and a large, zero entry, beachside pool with private community beach access. One week minimum Sat - Sat during summer. 3 Night minimum in the off season. Monthly rates available upon request. No smoking, No pets.
