New Construction: A beautiful Benfatti Home constructed in 2023. This 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bath home boasts a 2 Car Garage and 6 parking spots. Bring your boat or your golf cart, or both! One mile from Old Town and a block and a half from the beach. An easy stroll to the Amtrak Station & Depot District. This is a family friendly property is located on a quiet street.
The main bedroom has an attached bathroom with seperate tub and large walk-in shower. The bedroom has a small sitting area and is equipped with a king bed and lots of closet space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and is connected to the third bedroom by a jack & jill bathroom. Bedroom 3 also has a king bed. The jack & jill bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook for your guest and there is a small bistro table on the screened in backporch for morning coffee. Enjoy the tranquility of the quiet neighborhood but the close proximity to Old Town and Bay St. Louis is an easy 50 mile drive to New Orleans.
There is a propane Weber Grill, laundry (washer & dryer) and beach towels.

We're from New Orleans and like spending time in Bay St. Louis and Waveland on the weekends. We enjoy the beach, bird watching, bike riding and wandering around Old Town.
Why they chose this property
We like the quiet neighborhood. It's 3 blocks from the Depot and right at a mile to the Blind Tiger. We like our easy access to the Washington Pier and bike path on the beach. It's a great place for someone visiting a child at St. Stanislaus.
What makes this property unique
This property is brand new. One of the few in the historic district with a two car garage and large driveway for parking cars and/or toys.
