We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the host was very communicative, and it came great beach accessories. We absolutely would consider staying here again during a return trip to Marco.

We had a wonderful week at this Marco Island condo. The condo is exactly as pictured. It is close to the beach and waking distance to stores and restaurants. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The host was easily reached and responded quickly when we had questions. We highly recommend this place and would 100% book it in the future.

We were very disappointed in the condo and with the follow-through of the owner. Positives: The 5th floor balcony area was very nice with a small but lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico. The mattresses and bedding were very nice and seemed to be new. Negatives: The pictures are deceiving. This is NOT a remodel, redo, or nice "redecoration" by any stretch of the imagination. It needs a fresh coat of paint throughout, new freshly painted baseboards to replace the scuffed and damaged current baseboards. It needs a serious deep clean throughout. The floors need to be washed throughout the condo. I would also recommend fewer decorative items, which made the rooms and countertops seem very cluttered. And, shame on me, I should have wondered why there are no bathroom pictures. (Buyer beware.) The guest bathroom, while original to the condo (approximately 25 years old) was clean and functional. We used only the guest shower - not the main shower. Finally, perhaps the condo owner is new to renting and new to VRBO. However, I do not think it was appropriate for her to ask for our phone number, address, and bank account information. Maybe she was trying to be helpful, but it made us distrustful of her motives. Obviously, we would not rent again.

I am sorry you felt that way during your stay. I addressed every issue you brought to my attention immediately. I only requested Venmo to refund your overpayment. Our unit only specifies that it is newly decorated, not remodeled and the pictures show every room. However, I did add the bathroom image recently to the VRBO listing.
