The property was wonderful! It was clean. The beds were very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The game room was a nice added addition as was the porches. There is a BBQ pit, corn hole, and lights to enjoy the outside. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Everything you need is inside the house, and the game room is a bonus. It is a bonus that you are a short drive or even walking distance from main street in Bandera.

The air conditioner was on their time table and their personal settings. They wanted A/C on 80 degrees we put it to our settings and would wake up during the night the setting was changed. Will not stay here again.

Kevin, Guest experience and satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. I want guests to set the thermostat to fit their comfort needs, and I do not program or utilize that feature on the AC system. I apologize if the thermostat was inadvertently set to a different setting. I have placed a label on the wall thermostat for future guests to view in the event the thermostat is set to wrong setting to prevent this from occurring again. The house looks bigger in the pictures, but all in all, such a beautiful place and we had just about everything we needed. Soap, papertowels, toilet paper, all the kitchen utensils and cooking supplies. Very clean! Great little place. Definately will use again! Communication with the Host was so awesome as well. Near everything in town but still a little hide away. This little place is highly recommended!

There were 3 couples for the 3 large bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. Everything was very clean and we were in a great location in Bandera. The coffee pot died and Lena was at the house with a new one in 2 hours! The house was well equipped and decorated. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have for us to use. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Thanks Lena for taking such good care of us! We would love to come back again. Bandera was very fun!
